  I recently rented a car from enterprise and had an outstanding experience! I worked with Kimberly Spicer who was friendly, informative and professional! The check-in process and return went smoothly. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the experience and plan to utilize enterprise in the future ! 10/10 will recommend to others looking for a car rental.

  I would never rent from this location again. I've been renting with enterprise since early 2000s and will never rent from them again after this. First off, if you ever rent from this location, check your bank statements! They lie about how much they are "holding" in your card. They say it's $50 but it's not. Second, they lie about what vehicle will be reserved to you and offer you a "free upgrade" only to charge you. Third, they lie about what's being charged, telling you we charged you for taxes because your insurance didn't cover the tax when in reality your insurance covered the entire cost of the rental so they're double billing. Then change their lie to you paid for an upgrade. They don't have promised cars in their fleet and lie at every encounter. I've called over a dozen times and asked to speak to a manager multiple times. No manager from this branch called. I escalated my complaint and asked to speak to a regional manager, no call, no email, nothing. If this doesn't tell you how they feel about customers I don't know what will. I was told when I called customer service over a dozen times, I just recently spoke to Curtis and was told Gaby his supervisor would be cc'd on the complaint and that this fee would be reversed as it is considered fraud, but a month has passed and they still have not processed the refund, leaving me to dispute charges with my bank and file complaints with their corporate office. Shady, unethical, poor business practice focused on scamming customers. Not to mention their cars are not maintained at all. The so called free upgrade they gave me had an ac filter that needed to be changed, no power steering, and an alignment issue that caused the car to almost flip when I changed lanes on the freeway. Car would vibrate if you go more than 40 MPH. The alignment and steering were completely gone and would constantly go in another lane and if you try to correct this it would throw the alignment more off and nearly flip the car. Lastly, useless employees. Came here 8 months pregnant, carrying a large plastic bin, multiple bags, and other items and not one useless employee male or female helped me with any of my items. To be lied to, falsely billed, given a car that could've put me and my baby in the hospital, is completely unacceptable! I would never rent from enterprise again and definitely not from this location!

  I've used a number of "shall not be named" rentals. Enterprise by far, is the one I actually enjoy working with. Great people, attentive service, clear instructions, and they "listen" to your needs.

  Don't rent from this location. Very deceitful, dishonest, and incompetent. Not to mention the cars they rent are not well-kept. The EV they rented me almost flipped over on the freeway because the power steering is gone, becomes shaky when going faster than 40 MPH. I was told there was no other car for me to change to. When I returned the car after 3 days, I was told I would be FULLY REFUNDED for total amount deducted from my card and was not fully refunded and in fact shorted $11 and change. When I called enterprise customer service they ensured me I would be refunded after calling their regional manager. I received a call from Emily and Kim from this office and was told I would not be refunded fully so basically the woman that closed me out the day I returned the rental and the regional manager are both lying and Kim oversees the regional manager? Very shady business. They claim this was taxes that I had to pay for, yet never disclosed any of this at any point in time during the rental. I would never come to this enterprise again.
