    It was easy to reserve, pick up and return. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The employees were friendly and helpful. The car was in good working condition and clean. I would rent from this location again! Thank you!

    We had a good experience renting a minivan here for our family trip; it was cheaper than the location at the Hilton and they allow after hours returns. Also we had initially only rented it for 2 days but were able to easily extend our rental when we realized we wanted the car for longer. Returning after hours was easy except all the spots on 3F were full and we hadn't read the return instructions closely enough to realize there were additional spots on 4F, so took us some extra time. Some signage on 3F pointing to this may be helpful :)

    Very convenient rental location in the heart of Waikiki. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Minimal wait time on a Sunday morning. Location closes at 3pm but they offer after hours drop off. Vehicle was clean and in great condition. Would recommend to other travelers.

    I’m using my wife’s account, but Toby was very rude to my wife & I when we had some questions about the protections they offer. He rolled his eyes, elevated his voice at us, even called my wife a slur. It was all uncalled for. Never coming back here again and never recommending Enterprise after being loyal customers for 20+ years! I’d recommend Hertz at the Hyatt Regency or Avis - both nearby.
