The day I was suppose to pick it up (Wednesday), Penske gives someone else the reefer that was supposedly on hold for me. First they apologized and said they are doing what they can to get me a reefer. The girl called and said come at 2pm to pick up the reefer, The girl called me back again apologizing the reefer still not available but to come at 5pm. The girl called me back and then told me to come 7am the next morning because by then a reefer will be back. By this time I said forget it, I'm over it. I'm very dissapointed in their services, I did mention to the girl to try and call another company for a reefer, but she claimed she's trying her best. Bad service, ain't going back to them again. NEGATIVE.
