Leanne did not look for me even though I was seated where I was told to wait. And it took from 10:30 to 4:30 to work on my car. And it cost $4000. Even though I thought This appointment was just a routine check.

I immediately drove to their service center, where I was warmly greeted and quickly assisted. The waiting lounge was clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee and refreshments, a nice touch while waiting to be processed. Once everything was set up, we were told they’d call us with an update in a few hours, so we walked home (we live just five minutes away). To my surprise, Mr. Evan called about an hour later to let us know the car was already repaired and ready for pickup! Evan was professional, courteous, and thorough; he took the time to explain the paperwork and details clearly. Most importantly, the entire process was smooth, fast, and completely stress-free. Big thanks to Evan and the Pacific Honda service team for turning what could’ve been a stressful situation into an efficient and pleasant experience. Highly recommend their service!

He indicated that my dead battery may not be done today and refused to tell me if it was covered under warranty so I could go elsewhere. I mentioned this to the man who first greeted me and then Larry took over. Larry was helpful, professional and told me what to expect. ‘Sorry I couldn’t make a service reservation but I was on the road & had already had the car jump started. Thank you, Christy Kawabata

I checked in with LeeAnn who was extremely efficient and professional. And the service technician who worked on my car completed all the required maintenance and had my car ready for pickup by mid-day. Terrific service by everyone who assisted the maintenance on my Passport.
