  I had a great experience at Pacific Honda. The salesman Brian was awesome! I truly felt that all of my questions, concerns, and needs were heard, acknowledged, and met. He got me a great deal on my new CRV and extended warranty. I’m definitely coming back to Pacific Honda to see Brian for my wife’s future new car! Aurite!!!

  Phone service was unreliable in transferring to service provider, didn't verify if connection was made. Waited on phone for several minutes and no one answered, nor did any voice message come on. Vehicle problem wasn't fixed during visit, had to return to Honda after only making couple of blocks away. Problem was discovered, but was charged 2,800.00 dollars for items not related to the problem. Car was brought in on a Saturday, car wasn't fixed until the following Friday. Positive items on visit was service provider let me use a loaner after I returned to Honda.

  Unexpected car problems will change your day and of course, your schedule as well. My car would not start, and needed to be towed to Pacific Honda to have the starter replaced. This was Monday morning, and I expected to be there all day. Very glad to have Keith Nakano as my Service Advisor. Thanks to his efforts and coordination with the team of mechanics, the starter was replaced, and the car ready by noon. I greatly appreciate the Pacific Honda Service Department and Keith for their outstanding commitment to their customers, and keeping their cars safely, on the road. Very satisfied, as always!

  Came in on Saturday to have tires rotated and have wheel lock lights replaced with regular lug nuts… told better to make appointment which I did for Monday at 10:15 am. After waiting for 2 hours was told that they didn’t have lug nuts to replace lock nuts but I could purchase a lug nut key for $40 Waited one more hour… total bill $ 302.32 which included 2 air filters @$ 50. And $48.labor $127. Hard Lesson learned … Jiffy lube was willing to replace the locking lug nuts and air filters without any labor charges… also 1/2 hour wait instead of 3 hours… nuff said

  The dashboard on my 2013 Civic flashed a Check Engine message. I knew I was due for a service call since it's been almost a year since I had any maintenance done. Got an appointment right away. A thorough multi-point inspection, plus oil, transmission, tires, etc.. The battery and alternator were tested but results were just OK and not conclusive. Rather than immediately ordering an expensive replacement, the service advisor suggested that I keep the car and monitor its performance. Sure enough, the message did not return until the car had been driven for many miles. Then, new message "check Charging". Called my service advisor and was advised to have the car towed in that day. The alternator for that old model was discontinued but an after market alternator of a good brand was found, locally. That was a nice savings. A new drive belt and battery were also installed. Then a technician drove the car for several miles to verify the repair was good and no dashboard alert message. I'm very satisfied with the care and attention shown by the service advisor and the technicians.
