- RRRon2 days ago2.0Service was fine, but the vehicle was not. I expected to get a Toyota SUV of some kind, or similar. However, I had no choice but take a Chrysler Pacifica Minivan. Although it was new, it got dismal fuel economy… only 15 mpg, had strange controls, and in hindsight sight, I should have rented a Camry. I also ended up paying over $100 more to rent it than I paid for a 4Runner in October 2024, which made the experience even more difficult to accept. I couldn’t even use my free day credit from National to rent this rolling junk pile. Sorry for the negative review.

I am from the outer island and forgot my personal car keys in your car rental. Six hours later, I went to the car rental return to see if they found my keys. I was staying on Oahu for a few more days and was worried when I get back to Hawaii Island I would not have the keys for my car. Manager Mr. Eng and his supervisors was amazing and searched the various locations. They couldn't find it but called me 30 minutes later to inform me they found my keys. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip on Oahu! Thank you! Derek

I ended up renting a genesis g70 Car was smooth no issues, drove and rode great and CarPlay worked flawlessly The agent who checked me in was friendly and helped with checkin. If I come to Hawaii again I’d most definitely rent from here

He was able to sort it out for me and got me a BMW X7 instead. The return is an easy process. Drop it off and receipt is in the email shortly after.
