Before they usually gave a report of what the alignment specs was and what it is after alignment, no report given. Just a recipe. Not that busy, maybe a Friday or other issues.

Before it seemed everything went ok then another time i had to remind the tech as the car was being lowered to the ground to rotate the tires as included free in the oil change service. The rebate was automatically applied and immediately discounted on payment earlier visit but now you must go online and apply for rebate that takes 6-8 weeks. I asked to look undercarriage for cv boots and sway bar and links leaks since the car was raised but the request seemed to gotten disregarded. It seems they have the junior techs to the oil change and more senior techs do the more complicated jobs or luck of the draw who gets the job. I knew what I came in for and what needs to be done and mission accomplished but maybe next time take it to some place else even if costs little more to get better inspected for other concerns. One positive about here is that they take in your car quickly unlike other places you have to wait even with an appointment. Well maybe it was just this time but not next time.
