  Customer service was friendly and somewhat accomodating. But had to rent truck for longer because they didnʻt have the truck I reserved. Disappointing and cost me double the money. I would think twice before renting from Enterprise again.

  Enterprise trucks is the place to go if you need to rent a truck in Honolulu! The team accommodated our schedule and allowed us to drop off the truck at the airport on Saturday. The week long rental was affordable, the truck was clean and it ran great. We took our surfboards all over Honolulu! Thank you!

  Great customer service, I had a very unpleasant experience because I couldn’t use the lift gate the way I wanted to. The lift gate didn’t lay flat on the ground not allowing me to load the pallets using the pallet jack. I would recommend if you are renting a box truck with a lift gate to have them opening the lift gate so you can see if it goes all the way to the ground.
