I had rented car with enterprise many times and in a lot different locations. With this one I had a big problem. I don’t know their names but I can describe them , the 2 blond girls who work when you check the car, if you go there close to 4pm by the time the shuttle close , they will act lazy so they don’t want to drive you back. I got there 3:55 I called and said I was on the way , she said aw we don’t have shuttle after 4pm . I looked my watch was 3:55 . Then I wait because they were checking my car . After she was like ok I will take you there , like if she was making a favor for me . I asked where should I go. Another employee said for me go downstairs , when I get to the lobby the reception say do you know where is floor A ? At this point I was already frustrated , sad . How people don’t know how to communicate their own language ? Is that so hard to do your job close to time to go home ? I work with customer service before in Brasil and there you put a smile on your face, say yes ma’am and do it. I don’t like incompetent people who I can tell with their body language they don’t wanna do it . The males receptionists was the only ones tried to help but I just said I will order a Lyft and tell her to go home because she clearly doesn’t wanna work . I am not an animal to be treated this way . Plus the other blond girl who gives you the car , I told her , the first time I was there she act like a robot . Saying all her script without even look into my eyes . I’m graduate in Human Resources I worked over 10 years with customer service and is so sad I have to go through this when I make sure to do an excellent work in my job . Hope this review made they revaluate how they treat their customers , bc before money we are humans!

My experience w/Enterprise was, at best, marginal. Several of the explanations I received were, at best, confusing. Perhaps the Enterprise employees were recent hires or inadequately trained. A few examples (among several): a few of Enterprise’s employees were not aware of which of their venues were or weren’t open. Next, I wasn’t told there might be $30 fee for returning to a different location. I was initially told upon returning the car that I had to pay that fee, only to find out that fee was waived for a “total loss.” The people at the location where I returned the vehicle seemed to be uninformed/unsure of policies & did not seem very “customer service oriented. Finally one of the workers drove off with the front passenger door wide open…quite dangerous!

My wife and I reserved our car months ago. When we arrived it was quick and easy and we were on our way. The car was clean inside and out, fuel efficient easy to drive. Navigation system was awesome. It was even the brand and model we reserved plus it came in my favourite blue Thanks enterprise.
