  ​We had a fantastic experience renting from the Enterprise location at the Waikiki Marriott Resort and Spa. A huge thank you to Anthonette, who was incredibly courteous and went out of her way to help us secure the exact convertible we wanted for our drive up to the North Shore. The entire process was completely seamless, from the initial booking and quick pickup to the highly convenient after-hours drop-off. Highly recommend this location for a stress-free rental!

  I recently had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa location (2552 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu, HI). On Wednesday morning, I called Enterprise’s reservation line to inquire about renting a vehicle from this specific location. I explicitly asked the representative if SUVs were available, and they confirmed yes. I further asked about Jeeps specifically, and was told yes, those were also available. When I asked for the rental price, I was quoted $100.36, which seemed reasonable, so I proceeded to book the reservation over the phone based on that information. I arrived at the location excited for our trip, only to be told by the front desk agent that my reserved vehicle was a Toyota Corolla – a standard compact sedan, nothing like the SUV or Jeep I had been promised. We were completely confused and explained the phone conversation in detail. The agent dismissed it immediately, saying we must have spoken to someone at a “call center” who gave incorrect information, and that if we wanted a Jeep now, it would cost an extra $30 on top of the agreed price. This was incredibly disappointing and felt like bait-and-switch tactics. We booked based on the explicit assurances from your representative about vehicle availability and type – not just vague “cars available.” Refusing to honor what was clearly communicated over the phone is unprofessional and erodes trust completely. I requested that someone review the recorded call to verify exactly what was said, but there was no willingness to investigate or make it right beyond offering the upsell. As a result, the experience ruined our plans for the day, wasted our time, and left us feeling misled and disrespected. Enterprise has lost a customer for life – I will never rent from you again and will actively warn others about this kind of inconsistency between phone reservations and in-person fulfillment. I urge Enterprise corporate to look into this incident, including pulling the call recording from Wednesday morning, and to train staff (both call center and location) to provide accurate information and honor commitments. This level of service is unacceptable, especially in a tourist-heavy area like Waikiki where reliable transportation is essential.

  4일 동안 예약을 하였으나 12시 30분에 영업소에 도착..난감한 첫날이었다. 영업시간(9~12). 다음날 아침11시쯤 가서 차량을 인도받음. 위약금 없이 남은 3일간 렌탈할수있게 처리해주었고, 성수기 남은 렌탈차량이 없었는데도 다른 지역에서 차량을 가져다 주신점 감사하게 생각한다. 주변 여행지, 맛집, 드라이브 코스도 설명해주시고, 영어가 서툴어 직원이 번역기 돌려가며 설명해주신점도 감동. 하와이 가면 또 이용하고싶다. 참고: 차량반납은 호텔 입구 다음다음 주차입구가 엔터프라즈 전용입구^^
