  Miła obsługa, nowe auta w dobrych cenach, warto dobrać ubezpieczenie i o nic się nie martwić. Możliwość zostawienia auta nawet wieczorem (jeśli np wynajem trwa do 8 rano następnego dnia) aby nie opłacać parkingu (który wszędzie jest drogi).

  Enterprise, O'ahu, Hyatt-Centric As a loyal Enterprise customer, I highly value the 5-star quick pick-up at Atlanta airport, where a confirmed check-in allows direct vehicle selection. Unfortunately, my experience at the O'ahu Hyatt-centric location was disappointing. Like Avis nearby, only one employee staffed the office. We waited in line only to learn that app check-in allows bypassing the office and proceeding upstairs for vehicle retrieval. Crucially, clear signage detailing the parking location for checked-in customers was absent, requiring us to wait for the single busy staff member's instructions and location. This lack of signage caused an unnecessary delay in a tightly scheduled itinerary. Fortunately, unlike Avis, there was an attendant at the car pick-up area. However, we did not receive an exit ticket for the parking lot. We were lucky we could still reverse out from the exit booth without getting trapped with cars behind us, a situation that wouldn't happen in a properly managed facility.Suggestion. I recommend placing a clear sign near the line divider in the office with instructions for customers who have already checked in. It would demonstrate an understanding that some travelers, like myself, are heavily invested in their travel plans and value a smooth, efficient car rental experience. The vehicle was in good condition, and clean.

  We got the car we wanted. Had to wait in line 20 minutes to pick up. Apparently everyone wants the car at 9am.

  Had a great experience renting our car here for our trip. We booked the car online and pick up in person was clear, smooth and easy. They even upgraded us and gave us route recommendations to explore the rest of Oahu. The car was also super clean and new. Will definitely consider this place again if we visit Oahu!
