Christopher is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and assisted us in changing the battery. He also recommended replacing our worn hood lift support. Overall, we had a great experience at this place.

Avoid this location (and AutoZone online) if you actually need parts in a reasonable time.
Two separate ignition coil orders, two horrible experiences. The first coil was ordered two weeks ago, paid extra for shipping. It took multiple days to move from "label created", Now 7 days past the promised delivery date with NO expected arrival date. Zero updates, zero help.
The second coil was ordered last night, I paid $15 extra for “same-day delivery” that was supposedly in stock locally. Sat all day, called the store multiple times, they spoke to my wife like she was an idiot, didn't help me solve my problem. Employees gave no answers, nothing but attitude and couldn't even give me the relevant customer service number, essentially told me to look it up myself. After this gets resolved, I will likely never go through AutoZone again.
