Employee offered optional things like key cover which I declined. He then said he needed to know how I would be paying if i needed to claim for these optional things. I told him that I had a separate insurance policy which reimburses me if I have to pay. He then insisted i showed him the policy and refused to continue until I did. He kept saying i need to see the policy It was only when i pointed to the poster on the desk and said it clearly says 'optional' that he then stopped. His attitude stank after that. I asked about pre existing damage on the car. He said they had already recorded pre existing damage but wasn't permitted to tell me what it was. If you must go to Alamo in Hawaii, get ready for the high pressure selling. My advice, use another company. Tried to complete the Alamo survey they sent me only to find the link had expired after a mere 7 days. Alamo Rental Agreement 962133847
