  Tall skinny long curly haired agent was very accusatory about a minor scratch on the underside of the vehicle that was clearly old and weathered and tried to put a claim for over $1000 to fix a tiny scratch on the undercarriage of the car. I escalated this with their dispute department, and they immediately threw it out. However, the agents behavior was completely inappropriate. He kept accusing me and trying to trick me into saying that it was my fault, even though I vehemently denied it and took many pictures to document that this tiny scratch had very clearly been there for a long period of time. He took his sweet time doing so even though I told him that this would make me late for an appointment that I had that day. It wasted hours of my time to resolve this issue, please train your staff better.

  Very nice, well maintained, clean car and friendly staff. Efficient process, took less than 5 mins to get to the car and drive off the parking lot.

  For most part this company does well. Picking up when you have status is very easy inarger airports. But the smaller ones make you feel like you are a nobody. I know... I'm spoiled. The small airports do not maintain the cars well either. Stained and smells are usually an issue. I rent cars every other week and after looking into the rewards program I noticed that their upper level programs are all but impossible to achieve. I rent A LOT, And I am still no where near top tier. Ill probably start looking into other reward programs to see if there are better perks for being loyal.
