Soon after, I got a voicemail from Jon about not having the tires available. But he had a solution that would make it cheaper. I called back and spoke to the manager Clayton and he already knew about my dilemma. At the time they had a promotion which made it $100 cheaper and with better tires. They even said to come in that day rather than the next day when my appointment was originally set for. They were quick in response, provided solutions, very communicative with each other and friendly. The wait was long, but we just enjoyed walking down to the market, had lunch at the park and made use of our time. That’s something that cannot be helped, I am just grateful that they made our day much better than it started. We’ll be going again for future needs. Mahalo Clayton, Jon and team.
