  I’ve had my fair share of experiences with rental car companies over the years, and I can confidently say the customer service at this location is nothing short of exceptional. My personal vehicle has been in the shop for repairs through Cutter Dodge, and although they easily could have placed me in any available rental, the team truly went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle comparable to my own. They kept their word and called me the very next day when one became available. When I arrived, there ended up being an issue with that vehicle, but instead of settling, they immediately located another comparable option at a different Enterprise location and even provided me a ride to pick it up. A huge shoutout to Jordan Kelker, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His customer service felt genuine and compassionate, not the typical scripted interaction you sometimes receive. He took the time to actually help and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. When my repair timeline was extended due to delays from the dealership, the team had absolutely no issue accommodating a few extra days and worked with me without hesitation. This location sets the standard for what customer service should look like. Professional, accommodating, and truly customer focused. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing a rental.

  Customer service from pick up to drop off was easy and pleasant. Enterprise has a wonderful shuttle service and driver. Jordan met me in the parking lot to check in the vehicle at drop off. She was efficient and so friendly. She arranged my ride home. My rental looked brand new beautiful and I enjoyed driving it. Thank you for reading.
