    I do not recommend this business. They are disorganized and don’t know what they are doing. After returning the car, I got a voicemail from an Enterprise representative telling me my final invoice amount, but they did not send me an invoice. When I called back another agent gave me a different final invoice amount. They had taken money from my account hours prior without my consent but still hadn’t sent me an invoice. They still haven’t been able to explain why I was told 2 different final invoice amounts. Also, they gave me a car with half a tank of gas (who does that?!?) but when I brought the car back, they falsely claimed they had given me the car with 7/8 s of a tank. Overall not a good experience.

    I had a great experience at Enterprise Rent A car, employees were very professional and i got an upgrade for a hybrid for the same price. Overall good cars and service, i definitely recommend them.
