    Great people at the Worthing branch, very helpful and good customer service. I needed a last minute rental and they were extremely helpful, good price and a great van.

    We booked a car, but the company called us the following day to tell us that it was not available. It has now been 8 days, and the money we paid has still not been refunded to our account. Very disappointing experience!

    Booked a large long wheel base van a month in advance, arrived to collect it to find they didn't have one. Offered me a Berlingo (tiny) and a pick up truck whilst a member of staff was on the phone with another customer having a very similar conversation. No phone call to warn - to give chance to go elsewhere - and refund was described as a good will gesture which is unreal. Have had to postpone a home move by 2 weeks (luckily I'm in a position to do so) but am now paying a sizeable mortgage on a house I'm unable to move into whilst paying rent elsewhere until I have another weekend off to move. Update* Enterprise responded asking me to follow the link they provided to give further information so they could investigate; I contacted them on Tuesday 28th July as per thay request and was told it had been escalated to management with an area manager due to contact me within a few days... It is now Thursday August 6th and I've still had zero contact from anybody at enterprise. It would appear to me - shocking I know - that these replies are purely for the sake of appearances to mitigate negative reviews with zero intention of actually providing any further apology or support.

    I had issues with enterprise for over 6 months. about taking money but not providing the vehicle. so I went into the store and was helped by a trainee manager charlotte Larkham who was extremely helpful and resolved the issues with a couple of emails. thank you. the Worthing branch .
