  Van had a break fault. All the site staff said was sorry about that and that they will look into it. What about it a refund as I didn’t drive it.

  Staff seem very helpful and efficient. Had a few rentals from the Horsham branch with no issues and no unexpected charges. Will be using them again soon.

  Terrible customer service. Returned a hire car last month and immediately the agent walks over to rear wheel to point out a small bulge on the tyre, before checking anything else. Asked to speak to manager of the branch which was refused and then asked for the managers email address, which was also refused. After waiting outside in the cold for 10 minutes, agent reappears only to hand over email address for damage claims scribbled on a business card. Have rented from this branch on several occasions previously, so am very disappointed with the treatment received and decided now to take my business elsewhere.
