- DWDavid WillyOct 5, 20265.0Hired a car for 4 days just to get around London. All the staff i dealt with were great.josh at pick up and then sam at check out made it an easy experience and were very kind and friendly. Will be back
- ABAlec BegleyOct 3, 20261.0Picked up a car. After two days was showing tyre pressure loss in right rear wheel. I had the inconvenience of having to change to a new car and then got a bill for causing a slow puncture which I'm pretty sure was a pre-existing condition. won't be using them again. As an update the customer support site referenced in the response is not useful at all. You can chat to a bot who refers you back to the people who made the original decision.
- DGDan GRIFFINOct 1, 20261.0SCAM! Rented a vehicle from Alamo/Enterprise. Being stung for a cut, gouge, rip in the tyre. Lesson learnt take pictures of the whole tyre before signing. To replace the tyre is costing me £160, shocking that half of that goes to Alamo for the inconvenience. Have disputed but failed.
- LBLuca BandecchiSep 28, 20265.0great experience, easy location, very nice and kind staff, all perfect
- GLG LSep 15, 20261.0SCAM - STAY AWAY - Been charged 1750 Pounds for a small scratch on a plastic bumper even though I took their extra insurance levels. I dare you to try to spot it on their ''proof ''picture. ZERO invoices provided to prove the real cost of repairs, meaning I can't get support from my credit card insurance. 7 Weeks of contacting the customer service with ZERO answers. STAY AWAY
