I booked a mobile tyre fitting. Phoned as no one had turned up to be told that they hadn’t got a van and didn’t know how I was able to book for this service. I had booking confirmation. The guy I spoke to promised to phone me back with an update. I phoned 45 minutes later and was told he couldn’t contact his boss. Poor customer service.

Best tyre place in Crawley!!! Honest, genuine, affordable, and fast. Would never go anywhere else! Don’t hesitate (esp ladies who have no clue what’s going on) they got you covered.

Suffered a puncture whilst out and about and called S & N from a petrol station forecourt. Not only did they have the size tyre I needed but they had a few options (mid afternoon). After nursing my car a few miles to their garage they had me in, tyre changed and on my way within 20 minutes. All staff were very pleasant and helpful and they even gave me the time of day to show how they go about changing a wheel and how the wheel balancing machine works. I’d certainly go out of my way to get tyres changed there in the future.
