Fitted new tyres through Asda scheme on 19/08/2026.
Had to get it corrected by Kwikfit because steering was shaking on motorway.
Wheels left unbalanced all around and underinflated to around 22 psi. Recommended was 35psi.
65 grams off on front driver side, 40 grams off on front passanger side.
When asked about it Adam simply said "we done it and must have been uncalibrated equipment". Didnt even wipe soap on wheels wheels after installation. Asked to check the discs while the wheels were off..didnt bother.
Paul I'm waiting to hear from you I was told you re back start of September.

Very disappointing service
Last week I went to S And N Tyres in Crawley to have my 4 tyres changed. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service.
They did not replace the air valves/nozzles and instead fitted old ones to all 4 tyres. Even worse, one of my wheel’s special locking nuts went missing after the work, and nobody informed me about it. I only found out afterwards.
The staff were also very rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I expected much better customer service and proper communication.
Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would recommend checking your wheels and parts carefully before leaving this garage.

Excellent service from start to finish. Came in for a flat tyre, technician was able to remove the nail and fix it. Recommend. Easy five stars

I booked a mobile tyre fitting. Phoned as no one had turned up to be told that they hadn’t got a van and didn’t know how I was able to book for this service. I had booking confirmation. The guy I spoke to promised to phone me back with an update. I phoned 45 minutes later and was told he couldn’t contact his boss. Poor customer service.

Suffered a puncture whilst out and about and called S & N from a petrol station forecourt. Not only did they have the size tyre I needed but they had a few options (mid afternoon). After nursing my car a few miles to their garage they had me in, tyre changed and on my way within 20 minutes. All staff were very pleasant and helpful and they even gave me the time of day to show how they go about changing a wheel and how the wheel balancing machine works. I’d certainly go out of my way to get tyres changed there in the future.
