  Terrible experience with enterprise for the first time. Picked up a van from Crawley branch and returned at Caerphilly branch after 3 days. The guy told me that there is gouge damage to 2 tyres which is not even visible and pre existing as the van was given to me within 20 minutes after it was driven to collection branch. I have always driven rental vehicle with more care than I do my own vehicle. As a driver I would always know if the damage was caused by me and it’s not even a damage. Have always used enterprise in the past but will avoid them at all costs in the future. Just trying to scam people by taking money out of their accounts without even the account holders authorisation. I walked around the vehicle and looked for any dents or scratches but that tiny scratch on tyre was not even visible until you sit right next to the tyre and watch every single spot of tyre which you normally don’t do. Unfair judgement by claim team where you are being forced to accept to pay for the damage that you didn’t do.Attaching the photos and will not be renting out from them at all in the future.

  Staff were helpful and went above and beyond. Hired due to car breaking down and they found us what we needed quickly. Very supportive service thank you!

  Absolutely brilliant, from getting the van to returning it was so simple. Everyone involved was brilliant. Will definitely hire a van from here again

  Martha called me same day I reported that I needed a car hire as mine had to be repaired . I was able to go next day to pick up the fiat. It was a lovely drive, and even better because I driven fiats previously so was easy to get used to. I am very thankful for this hire service . Thank you so much!

  Appalling service. My car has gone in for a repair. I called the AA they came out to take a look at my car. The AA couldn't fix it as it was to do with the charging part of my car. AA followed me to the Hyundai showroom at Gatwick. They didnt have a car i could use, so AA went through Enterprise. I was then charged a fee of £5 per day and a £1 so £26 which was for windscreen and wheel cover. Which in the end by all accounts i didnt have to do but i was made to feel that i had no choice. We shouldn't be paying anything. So myself and my husband took the car back to Enterprise the to get a refund on the car which had just been sitting on our driveway. The Manager said maybe I had miss understood what had been said. Quite rude. My husband asked for an email to say that we had returned the car and it had been cancelled we want out money back as the car had only been sitting on our drive way. I was really vulnerable as I was on my own. So the manger said I obviously didnt understand what was happening. We still have not receive the email and we still haven't received the refund. I called them again a guy answered the phone took my name and then said im just going to put you on hold. That was it I ended up hanging up as no one came back to me. We will not be using Enterprise again as rip off. And we will not be recommending them. Absolutely terrible service. We weren't going to leave a review but after being left on the phone with no one coming back to me. Terrible service. Maybe you all need more training of your customer service.
