  This branch is very good. Id had a nightmare journey down here on holiday. To be honest I needed a lot of assistance as I didnt know the area. Haven't hired a car outside of business use before. They were very helpful with what I needed to do, dropping me off, dropping off my next car. 100% recommend them.

  Terrible service. I hired a vehicle and just a few minutes before the close of shift the morning before pickup I get a call from them telling me I need a credit card for booking. Don't have one so I get my booking cancelled on the spot. no help, no alternatives. So now the job I need it for is screwed. Thanks for that. watch out.

  Enterprise Chichester were brilliant. Very friendly staff and great communication. The car was great, lovely to drive, and immaculately clean on pickup. Overall a very positive experience. I would return again for any future car rental needs. Thank you!

  Follow up from earlier review. Followed link as provided by Kim ended up on chat. First with Calum who left the chat as soon as i had entered what the issue was. Then on chat with George who said was no record of refund offered. When pressed he said would need to raise complaint - and left chat. So no idea if this is being done. Its great that Enterprise responds to reviews but not so great with follow through. Will remove this review if things miraculously get sorted.

  Think again if you are under the impression that a booking, means a booking! I placed a booking online, a full 14 days before I actually required it. I paid in full and awaited my date for collection. I recieved a call the day before my collection, at 18:05, the shop closes at 18:00, and was advised that 'im sorry, we dont have a van for you' In utter shock, I asked how did this happen - to which it was advised that the current renter, extended their booking into my date and therefore, I no longer have a van. They tried to scramble around for a smaller van, to which I was further advised, 'we dont have any available' Not only was I left without a van, pre paid and authorised, I was told at the very last point of knowing, the day before and without any alternative option. Furthermore, I required the deposit back to rent another van, however there was no effort or support on that and was told that I will have to wait the full 7-10 days. Questions - Why was the van allowed to be re-rented out when another booking was confirmed on it? - why if the contract was broken by the company for failing to uphold thier agreement, does the refunds need to follw the same process? Think twice about renting from Enterprise as many other local options who are more than willing to help and have stock to use!
