  I recently hired a van for 24hours to pick up a sofa. In this time i did one small trip without any issues and parked the van on my drive overnight. Dropped the van back the following day hoping for an easy drop off. The guy taking the van back pointed out a small crack on the clear plastic on the wing mirror the was not recorded on there system…. This van had nearly 40k miles on it and had multiple dents/scratches and missing wheel trims. This was all pointed out on the day before when I picked the van and I accepted the van was heavily used and had lots of small cosmetic damage and was told i could take photos if i wanted but all the damage was already recorded. It was raining when i picked the van up and we only had a 5 minute walk around as far as i’m aware the wing mirror was already cracked. They also have no photo/proof that the wing mirror was in perfect condition before I collected. The van is not in great condition but acceptable for the miles and being a hire van I’m sure is used for all sorts of jobs! Enterprise now want £300 for this crack on a wing mirror with no proof it was caused by myself. Which from my small single trip am 100% sure it wasn’t. I’m currently disputing this and waiting for a call tomorrow from a manager, I hope this can be resolved so I can amend this review as the rest of the pickup process was pleasant and easy. I just feel like I have been caught by the stereotype hire company trick of finding a small hard to spot issue and getting some easy cash from a customer who trusted the big name and company and didn’t take detailed photos and video of the entire vehicle before collection. My advise to anyone using this branch is to take a detailed video of every angle of the car/van no matter if it’s already in poor condition!

  The staff when I went to collect my car were fantastic. Although there was a slight hiccup about what model was offered they solved that very quickly, and also had the patience to explain to this geriatric technophobe how everything worked. The car itself was superb too. Well done Enterprise!

  As usual a truly exceptional experience using Enterprise , very friendly & knowledgeable staff and the rental was so nice to drive and very clean and comfortable. I really do find enterprise a great company to use when hiring a rental they really do go out of their way to make the process so easy . 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
