Echoing other reviews: called in late yesterday. Breakdown truck got me there early and John was kind a good humoured as well as looking after me well with a coffee. Well priced but over and above this a kind and pleasant experience. Thank you. Only wish I had taken my daughters car there got it’s service as overcharged by other local business . Live and learn

Excellent service, ordered 2 tyres online for next day fitting, arrived 15 minutes early, polite and friendly service, car was taken straight in, and tyres were fitted and balanced in less than 30 minutes, all with a free coffee. Highly recommend

I have to write a review for this one because it's something that needs to be shared.
I had a blowout at exactly 70mph (just in case the police are reading this), one day before I was due to fly to Portugal, so it really couldn't have come at a worse time. Luckily I was only 0.8 of a mile away from Allright Tyres, although crawling along at 5 or 6mph meant that short distance still took a fair while.
John, who owns the place, was absolutely lovely. While searching for local tyre shops near where I'd broken down, I'd actually seen him mentioned in other Google reviews, people saying he offers tea to customers and runs a really nicely kept business. All true, as it happens. I explained what had happened and he dropped everything, no joke, properly dropped everything, to help me out. He didn't have the tyre in stock, as I'm on a 3 Series BMW so it's a 19 inch, a bigger size, but he got on the phone to a load of people and found a mate of his with one, who was 30 to 45 minutes away.
While he went off to get it, he left me in the front of house on my own, no one else there, and told me to make myself at home and have as many teas, coffees and biscuits as I liked. He didn't know me from Adam. He came back, fitted the tyre, and charged me a completely normal fee, nothing extra for going to fetch it or the time it took.
What made it special was that this was a real example of true, old-fashioned British gentlemanly customer service, going the extra mile. A pretty mundane trip, well, crawl, to Allright Tyres turned into something that genuinely restored my faith in humanity a bit. You could tell John had been in the trade a long time, and rather than that hardening him or making him grumpy, it seemed to have done the opposite. He clearly understands how important it is to be kind to people and have a laugh with them.
A really great experience, and one well worth sharing. Thanks again, John.

I was unlucky enough to get 2 punctures on my daughters birthday.I made it to Allright Tyres just off the motorway.I had the great experience of meeting John MBE.Told him I was annoyed as daughter birthday he came out to my car sang happy birthday.My daughter was so amused and happy.I own a Porsche that has unique tyres that John ent and picked up and installed within the time of us going to Starbucks.Was a breath of fresh air and a birthday I won’t forget !! Great to know that good old school people still exist
