First class service by John and the team; open and honest. Just checking the tracking was free of charge. Can't say fairer than that.

Just got home after having three tyres replaced on my daughter's car by John and his team. This was my first visit, and the service was absolutely first class.
I arrived just before the official opening time, which was no problem at all, as they invited me to drive the car straight into the workshop. The team got to work immediately while I was offered tea or coffee and even a bacon sandwich from the food van when it arrived.
The work was carried out efficiently, completed in good time and for a great price. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and clearly focused on providing excellent customer service.
A huge thank you to John and the team. Your efforts were very much appreciated, and I will certainly be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

John, the owner of this business, was absolutely wonderful.
Our journey started off fine, but then a warning appeared on the screen about low tyre pressure. My hubby was driving, and as we were only a few minutes from our destination, I checked on screen what the pressures were and found the driver’s rear tyre was at just 0.6. They are run-flats, so we continued to my hubby’s appointment.
While we were there, and with no phone signal, the receptionist kindly let me use the phone to call the RAC. They were lovely and found a local garage just five minutes away, who had to order in a new tyre. Although you can drive on run-flat tyres, I was going to be the one driving and, to be honest, didn’t want to drive all the way home as I was feeling a little anxious.
Once my hubby had finished his appointment, I slowly made my way to the garage. What a welcome I got! John immediately put me at ease, made me a cup of tea, cleaned my glasses (it was raining!) and sat me down.
Meanwhile, the tyre arrived, and I have honestly never felt so relaxed in what could have been a very stressful situation. Huge praise to the workshop guys too, who fitted the new tyre and checked the pressure in all the others.
The price of the tyre was very reasonable too, which was the icing on the cake.
We will definitely be going back for our MOTs and servicing. Excellent customer service from start to finish — highly recommended!
