    Ok, so i'm not quite sure what to say about the incredibly supportive staff that work here. I have been messed around so much by the insurance company, if it hadn't been for "ALL OF THE AMAZING STAFF" I do not know what I would have done. Your all incredible. They have all gone way beyond what I expected, and I am truly blown away and touched by your exceptional customer service.

    Our rental car from Aberdeen broke down near Wrexham while our group of 6 was still 160 miles from our destination. After struggling to find a solution, we contacted the Enterprise office in Wrexham and were fortunate to speak with Ben. Ben understood our situation immediately, arranged a replacement 7-seater, and even stayed after business hours to make sure the vehicle swap went smoothly. Thanks to his help, we were back on the road quickly and comfortably. Thank you, Ben, for your outstanding customer service and kindness. Enterprise is lucky to have you! 👏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Fantastic service from start to finish. The staff in the branch were extremely helpful, especially when I had problems with starting my car after returning my hire vehicle.

    I would very much recommend using Enterprise from my recent experience of using their service. The team at Wrexham were outstanding, very friendly and kept me informed during the entire period a rented a car whilst mine was being repaired. They responded immediately when my car was undrivable. Nothing was too much trouble. They are super efficient and the car provided was immaculate. A big thanks out to the team and I woudnt hesitate to choose Enterprise again as my first choice.
