  Never use these again... nothing explained properly then they demand a £500 deposit after paying in full which is fine but to say they only accept credit cards for the deposit.... not everyone gas credit cards. This wasnt explained when I booked it months ago so worse place for false advertising and not explaining things fully or proper Stay clear !

  I wish I could give zero stars the customer support from this store & the customer service phone line has been absolutely awful. I had a hire van back in June I was meant to get a day refund it’s been over two months I’ve chased up with the store multiple times in person and on the phone and been on the phone to multiple customer services people promised time and time again for a call back that never comes it’s absolute joke!

  Go elsewhere!!! Courtesy car delivered to my house, black car filthy and covered in scratches, not hoovered covered in cobwebs. Girl who dropped it off wouldnt walk around with me to note existing damage (assured me there was loads and it was all on the cars log). Car returned and now they are insisting on taking a £500 excess payment for a small windscreen chip which was already there. It's an absolute con, if you read online it's what they are renowned for. Avoid this company and use a reputable alternative!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely exceptional service from Mike!Following a highly stressful non-fault accident where a bus hit my parked car, I was left incredibly anxious about my transport. I spoke to Mike several times on the phone, and he was an absolute lifesaver.I have severe Inattentive ADHD, meaning sudden changes to a car layout cause massive cognitive overload and anxiety. Mike truly understood my situation. He went completely above and beyond on a Sunday to hunt down and source an exact Volvo match for me, which was delivered to my door by 10pm.Having a familiar dashboard has completely eliminated my panic and kept me independent. Mike’s empathy, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile are a credit to Enterprise. Thank you so much, Mike

  Absolutely shocking level of service, arguably no service at all. Called me at 3pm on a Sunday to confirm Monday collection, apparantly I failed an address check so they couldn't release a vehicle to me. Loved having it cancelled at 3pm on a Sunday. Money was still taken from my bank so I called the branch who said they processed a refund. 7 working days later still no refund. Called the branch to chase, they hung up on me twice, disgraceful attitude from the apparant manager Lauren. Told me no written confirmation of the cancellation could be provided as Enterprise don't do that. Gave me customer service number to see if they could provide confirmation of the cancelled booking and chase the refund faster. Customer service simply contacted the area manager, telling me they couldn't do anything else, they couldn't see that the booking was cancelled and they can't see if a refund was processed. No clue why or how I failed an address check when I then hired a vehicle elsewhere with no issues, so can only take it that Enterprise were confirming/inputting the wrong information. Being able to hire a vehicle elsewhere with no hassle at all, easy booking and friendly staff tells me the issue is with Enterprise. Update - I contacted customer service as the response advised, I was palmed off with an email address, told that agent couldn't do anything then they disconnected from the chat. Enterprise are incredibly unprofessional and pass you from pillar to post. They do not care.
