  Absolutely shocking service from Enterprise! Enterprise came to collect my hire car and asked whether they could leave their van on my private property, assuring me that someone would collect it within two hours. That was on Thursday. It is now Sunday night and the van is still here. Not only has it been left without proper permission far beyond the agreed time, but it has also been parked wonkily across the space, which just adds insult to injury. For a company that deals with vehicles every day, you would think parking properly would be the bare minimum. I tried calling on Saturday to resolve it, but after being left on hold for 18 minutes, I gave up. No call back, no update, no apology, and no sign of anyone coming to collect it. This is completely unacceptable customer service. Enterprise have effectively abandoned their vehicle on private property and left me to chase them. If it is not collected tomorrow, I will be reporting it as abandoned. This is not just poor service — it is careless, unprofessional and completely unacceptable from a national rental company. Enterprise were trusted to collect a vehicle properly and instead left one of their own vans dumped on private property for days, with no communication and no apparent urgency to fix it. Based on this experience, I would seriously question the standards, organisation and accountability at this branch. If this is how they handle something as basic as collecting their own vehicle, I would have very little confidence in them handling anything more important. A company of Enterprise’s size should be embarrassed by this. I certainly won’t be using them again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on them.

  Picked a van up from the Warrington unit and dropped it off at Barstable in devon.I had a great experience from the Warrington branch they couldn't do any more to make the hire go easily.

  Car was provided following a non fault accident. Whole process was very smooth and car available very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. Thank you Enterprise.
