- DJDavid Johnston3 days ago1.0Very poor service. I arranged to have my car booked in- in person on 22/05/2026 to check rear tyre and possible replacement for the next day 23/05/2026. But when I arrived at 1 pm on 23/05/2026 I was told that there would be a long delay, and they couldn't even tell me how long the delay would be. I explained that I had booked the car in yesterday for 1 pm today and the reception staff said there was nothing they could do about it and if I liked I could book the car in for monday 25/05/2026. I have no confidence the same would not happen again.Although one member of staff apologised other staff appeared totally unintersted. Obviously their pre-booking system does not work and I wasted my time and 2 trips to Lillyhall. I will not be using this company again

I was going to get both rear tyres replaced, and they let me know that they were still in good condition, and a repair was all I needed. Great to deal with a company you can trust. To help keep us all safe we do ask that while visiting our garage you remember to wear a face covering (unless exempt in line with Government guidelines) when entering our reception areas and when speaking with members of our in other areas of the garage.

If you are unable to come to us, then we can come to you. We offer vehicle collection and delivery service as well as mobile fitting services. Please give your local garage a call to talk about how we can help.
Do I need prepare my vehicle in anyway before bringing it to a garage?
Where our team members will need entry to your vehicle please can you ensure it is clean inside with no items laying where our team may need to be, such as foot wells. This will minimise contact with surfaces, helping keep everyone safe.
