  Great customer service, quick and easy to deal with, car was great. Omar at Kidderminster branch was brilliant he was so helpful and lovely to speak to, he helped with everything and I really appreciated it.

  Collected courtesy car today.. Staff were really friendly. Clearly go above and beyond for there customers.. Laura/Lauren was really friendly and chatty - helped me with the tank that i was not expecting..didnt get the lads name but he was also very friendly, chattin to everybody who walked through the door.. Oh and the newbie too ;) say no more .. they were also really helpful with the new lad aswell, who was doing a great job also..Good team in there, wouldnt hesitate to use again, and would 100% reccomend for customer service alone

  Excellent as always. Service is always great from Enterprise and this station is no exception. I wouldn't rent from anywhere else

  Very friendly and helpful staff. They managed to get me a car sorted after there being an issue earlier in the day, was very professional and the car was clean and absolutely lovely to drive.

  Absolutely shocking hire car experience I had to have a hire car since December last year as mine was damaged in a no fault accident From the first day when they couldn’t deliver after not give me a car to the last day when I was still being hassled to return it even though my car was not ready I found the whole experience to be stressful and I felt as though they were doing me a favour ! I had two cars in total the first was virtually sold out to auction from under me and I had to return it within hours after having filled with fuel The second then spent two days at the garage with no offer of a replacement even though it was still being paid for I was constantly hassled to return the car and told by head office staff who were the rudest that I would have to pay if I didn’t This car was being paid for by third party insurer The total was around £18,000 this is not a typo that is how much it cost and for that they couldn’t even have the decency to collect it or to be fair with me I would not recommend you hire a car from enterprise if you have a choice
