Harry and his colleagues at this branch are brilliant. They go over and above to ensure your hire works out well for you. A pick up from the station was super helpful and then 2 days later when our plans completely changed one of Harrys colleagues was brilliant revising our hire plans and dropping us back to the station to carry on our journey. Highly recommend this branch as they are better than the other branches we have used so far.

Outstanding service from this car rental company. This is the third time I have used them, they always give me the best treatment... even gave me a ride to the train station! I strongly recommend them!

EDITED : You really are a shambles. I've now received an email and a text telling me I can check in for my vehicle collection... EVEN THOUGH THERE ISN'T ONE AVAILABLE. Booked and paid for a van online. Says can was available to book, took payment then a few hours later I get a call telling me that they don't have any vans available and that their booking system doesn't have availability checking so it just allows you to book and pay for things they don't actually have. So now not only do i not have a van to use, but the money will almost undoubtedly be sitting in their bank account for a week while the usual coal powered refund mechanism completes. I wonder how many bookings across their whole network, have similar issues and how much the money taken illegitimately and on false pretences, inflates their cashflow and generates interest. It's 2026, it's not difficult to have a system check if a vehicle exists and isn't already booked, before taking payment, or immediately refunding rather than it taking 5 days. Absolute joke. Oh and if the refund isn't processed today, I will pursue you for interest and report you to trading standards.

Good vans but it's the staff at this office who make it a pleasure.

When I returned the car the employee told me that I had " gouged" the rure...bad choice of words... I told him it looked like a scuff mark. He said he did not want to argue with me but it could cost £500! Eventually they only took £200! Dreadful service
