Enterprise was extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process of dealing with insurance company as non-fault driver. They clearly explained my entitlement to a like-for-like replacement vehicle and made everything straightforward and stress-free.The customer service I received was excellent from start to finish. The team was proactive in keeping me updated and always quick to respond whenever I had any queries or concerns. Their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.I would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone needing support following an accident. Their outstanding service and customer-focused approach really stood out.

Brilliant experience. I rented a van from the Redditch branch for one day, and everything was just as I expected: friendly staff, a good van, and a smooth rental process.

I have had a couple of top quality experiences with Enterprise Redditch in 2026. The staff are excellent. The cars too, and always in good working order. They are clean, and there is full transparency from the team on any scratches, marks the vehicle may have. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Redditch Enterprise, thanks to Dan and his amazing customer service. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Dan went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I was completely satisfied with the service even after my currently vehicle broke down. His attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out. It’s clear that Dan genuinely cares about providing a great experience for customers. Excellent service from start to finish — thank you
