  I had a very poor experience dealing with both the Redditch and Warwick teams. My car was sent by Redditch and collected by Warwick, but the reservation was not closed on time after the vehicle was returned. I had to chase this multiple times, which was frustrating and time-consuming. What made it worse was the lack of accountability—both teams kept pointing to each other instead of taking ownership and resolving the issue promptly. Overall, the coordination between the teams was disappointing, and the customer service did not meet expectations

  The staff at Redditch are to be commended, helpful efficient and extremely welcoming. They made the entire experience wonderful from collection to its return. Well done they deserve real praise.

  We hired a large 9 seat vehicle to visit Normandy with the family. From start to finish I couldn’t fault the staff at Enterprise Redditch. So helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

  Just picked up a vehicle in Redditch. Dealt with Mohamed (T) he was super professional and helpful. Thanks mate
