  An excellent experience with the Redditch Office. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were all professional, knowledgeable, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you. I would definitely recommend and will certainly use them again

  Very good team here picked me up after a breakdown and took me straight to branch to handle the paperwork, was able to piggyback from my broken down vans insurance rather than paying extra which helped keep costs down staff were very friendly and helpful couldn’t have been happier with the experience lovley car I was given too lots of fancy tech on board :)

  I hired a SWB van for the day to move some furniture, this was after looking at one "that was similar" two days before I needed it. I wanted to ensure what I was collecting would all fit in. Upon arrival on the Saturday morning the van I had measured was not available and the substitute was smaller with wheel arches giving me less space. Dan was extremely helpful as were the 3 girls front of house. The customer service was second to none As it was the only van available at the time and I had a timed appointment for collection I took the van and fortunately having not bought one larger items we managed to get everything in. As Dan tried everything to help, I would use Redditch Enterprise again and will do when I move the same furniture out of storage. He was very quick thinking and tried several ways to sort out my problem

  I would like to share my experience as a warning to visitors, especially those travelling to the UK and renting a car from Enterprise Rent a Car for a short period. Please exercise extreme caution and carefully review every clause of the rental agreement before signing or making any payments. Based on my experience, there appears to be a deliberate lack of transparency in the way refundable deposits and additional charges are handled. Customers may be asked to pay refundable deposits at the time of rental, but later these amounts may be reduced by adding extra charges or service fees that were not clearly explained or agreed upon initially. Visitors from outside the UK should be particularly careful, as resolving such issues from abroad can be extremely difficult and time-consuming. Do not rely solely on verbal commitments made by rental staff at the time of vehicle collection. Ensure that every agreed term, waiver, and charge is clearly documented in writing before accepting the vehicle.

  First experience of Enterprise Vehicle Hire Redditch, I have to write this review about my positive experience. From my first contact to returning the car, it was all a 5 star positive experience. George called me and arranged time to pick me up, arrived on time took me to the office and got all the paperwork done with a very pleasant polite and professional way. George then showed me the car, checked that I was happy with everything and I went on my way. Just returned the car yesterday and Zarha came out to the car with me looked around happy that it was still all intact ( me to ) Again Zarah made sure all paperwork was done in a polite and respectful manner. All staff in the office were very welcoming. A very big thank you for such a positive experience of hiring a vehicle.
