    Having experienced a horrid incident with my vehicle, the staff at Enterprise Mslvern have been a breath of fresh air. Amongst various organisations including brokers, insurers, different police forces and assessors the team at Enterprise have excelled in the customer service, communication and products offered. I am truly appreciative.

    The staff, especially Zak were great. The van hire was excellent. The local team are let down by a bad IT system which says yes to van hire from 0900 the following day with no link to whether the machine is available. Doh!

    This a small depot in a small town, but the operation is professional and efficient. We took advantage of the offer of free transport from/to a neighbouring village we were staying in. They were a little reluctant at first to commit to a precise time early in the morning, but agreed when pressed and we experienced no problems in the event. We had to be somewhere by 10.30 so that was important. Staff were pleasant and helpful and there were no issues with the car - which we were pleased to discover was a free upgrade. Happy to recommend this branch.

    Awful service, hired a car via the main call centre who assures us we could us debit card for the deposit, we get a call from the local branch who then refused to do this for us as we had to have a credit card even thou the call centre and there website state a debit card is enough. Will not be using this company again, Think the guys at this centre need to go back in basic training and learn their companies policy and procedures.
