  Generally, it was a good experience with the booking on line, phone system and collection of the van. The van was new and just right for what was required. I was advised that there was a £200 charge made against my card, to cover against damage and was offered the extra cover to reduce any costs for damage, but declined. There was no pushy sales and the agent I dealt with was very polite and courteous. The downside was the return process. I dropped the van off early in the morning at approx 10.20, although the van was booked until 6.00 pm. The van was checked over and confirmed as okay, so no charges would be made. I was advised that I didn't need to sign anything, so could leave when I was ready. I never received anything to say the van was returned, so phoned Enterprise and was told, it can take a while to register a return. I had a text come through later to book the return, although the vehicle was already back at Enterprise. I tried to state it was already returned, but the system wouldn't let me However, I then had £254 taken from my account on the afternoon, although I had already paid for the van hire in full, so called to discuss this and was told that the £54 was the daily charge and was asked if I'd extended the van hire, which should have been clear that I hadn't had the van been booked back properly. I was advised it was an error and I should get a refund within 24 hours, which is fine if you can afford to wait for it to be returned, but not everyone can. Its a shame this occurred, as it ruined the overall experience.

  Incredibly grateful to the team at this branch! I had rented a van from London, and was due to return it to the Worcester branch the following day. I was completely unaware that there was a Kidderminster branch until a friend mentioned it. Given the Kidderminster branch was significant closer, I spoke to both branches to see whether it would be possible for me to change the drop off location. I didn’t expect it would be, but they were more than happy to accommodate which I was incredibly grateful for. The drop off process was quick and simple, and my deposit was released by the London branch shortly after drop-off. Could not recommend enterprise enough!

  I had an amazing experience with Enterprise Kidderminster, I wanted to organise a luxury car for my husband's birthday trip and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Callum was an absolute legend from start to finish, he really made the experience great for us and provided exceptional customer service at all times. Nothing was too much trouble, my husband was over the moon with the car and the level of service. We'll definitely hire a car again with them at some point, it was such an easy process and the team are incredibly helpful.

  What a great team Enterprise have in Kidderminster. Efficient service on a busy Tuesday after Bank Holiday. Minibus hire perfect for returning a student to University.
