  From the moment I called to the moment I returned the car, the entire experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

  Super helpful on the phone beforeI picked up the van. On picking it up, was told that I non-optionally had to prepay £45 worth of fuel due to their policy and that unused fuel would be refunded on dropping off the vehicle. When i dropped it off in Bow, they told me that prepaying fuel was in fact optional, and that I wouldn’t be refunded any of the fuel prepayment despite only using a few litres. Not a good look for Enterprise to be scamming people out of their money!

  I have been using Enterprise Rent-A-Car for nearly 5 years, and I highly recommend the new Enterprise Rent-A-Car & Van branch in Maidenhead. The branch is located inside a business park, and one of the best advantages is the large amount of designated parking space available for both customers and Enterprise cars and vans. Parking is very convenient and spacious. One important thing to remember: if you leave your personal vehicle there, make sure you collect it before 6:15 PM, otherwise the business park gate will be closed. I have rented both cars and vans from this branch, and most of the vehicles are brand new and in excellent condition. They also have a very good variety of vehicles available. If you request a specific car in advance for a day or more, they will usually try their best to arrange the vehicle you prefer. A special thanks to Miss Fajr from customer service. She has assisted me many times during both pick-up and return of vehicles. She is very polite, professional, well-behaved, and always helpful. Wishing her all the success in her future career. My personal suggestion to all customers: Whenever you collect or return a car or van, always take detailed videos of the vehicle. Spend a few extra minutes recording every part separately, including: • Interior and exterior • Mirrors • Tyres and wheels • Wheel caps/alloy wheels • Headlights • Side lights • Tail lights • Indicators This is always a good practice for your own peace of mind. Overall, a very good experience with excellent customer service, clean vehicles, and convenient parking facilities.
