  Volvo cx90 is a great choice I had a great experience with Enterprise from start to finish. Liyah was very welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly when I picked up the car, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Harveer was also fantastic friendly, approachable, and we connected really well. Both members of staff provided outstanding customer service and made me feel valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a reliable car hire service, and I hope to be served by Liyah and Harveer again in the future.

  I have been a regular customer at the Enterprise Cannock Road, Wolverhampton branch for about two years. The old team (Ethan, Jag, Harvey, etc.) was absolutely fantastic, and I used to recommend this branch to everyone. When my car went in for a warranty repair recently, I even asked the AA to switch my rental booking from Walsall to this branch specifically because of how great the customer service used to be. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill with the recent staff changes. While the employee who handled my pickup was good, the new staff member who called me about my return was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I was about 40 minutes late returning the car (due at 11:20 AM, returned around 12:00 PM). I had no issue paying the late fine as I got stuck in traffic—my complaint is entirely about the completely unacceptable attitude I received over the phone. It is a real shame to see the customer service decline so sharply. Because of this experience, neither I nor my friends will be returning to this branch.

  Awful experience. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff members. Will write a detailed review when I have time as I’m moving house. Will also be making a formal complaint. Was supposed to pick up a van but they said we couldn’t have it for whatever reason this was an hour ago by the way. Just been to Arnold Clarke, got a van within ten minutes no issues and NO DEPOSIT. I am disgusted by Keelys attitude and behaviour and she is causing your business to lose out on custom and money. After years of hiring from you I will no longer be using your services as Arnold Clarke have gone above and beyond today. Ps do your jobs better. All of you.

  I had a pleasant experience renting a car from here. I was abruptly forwarded to this branch from their Wolverhampton City Centre branch. And this branch accommodated my order. I had booked a small automatic car. They did not have any. They could provide a Mazda CX-60 (an SUV). The car was washed in 10 minutes as I waited. Paperwork was a breeze. The staff, very politely, walked with me around the car, explaining any existing damages, and then explained all the car controls to me. After my trip, I returned the car at 8 AM. The staff in shift was very courteous. I highlighted two super minor issues with the car, and the staff sincerely apologized. The exit procedure was smooth. Consider me a regular customer! The environment is very welcoming and professional.
