    Worst Enterprise location, management wouldn’t respond to emails. They charged credit card for the no parking citation even I sent them the proof of the no parking citation cancelled by the city department of parking enforcement. We provided them the letter that received from the city department that clearly shows citation was cancelled by the city and no payment needed to pay but they still charging credit card. We never recommended this brach to anyone. Its better to get rental vehicles from Somewhere else and stay away from them.

    Really friendly staff and helpful. Riaz helped me with a courtesy car, I believe he is a new starter but you wouldn’t know because he was very knowledgeable and his customer care was great! Thanks guys!

    I had an excellent experience hiring a car from Enterprise at Wolverhampton Town Centre.Birmingham road Jee was outstanding throughout the whole process. He was professional, polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. His excellent customer service really stood out and made a great impression. A real credit to Enterprise. Thank you, Jee, for your kindness and professionalism I would highly recommend this branch and look forward to using their services again.thanks Riaz too he was very kind and helpful.

    Car hired through my insurance company as a courtesy car. Staff were very friendly and professional. Only down side when I wanted an update on the company's landline, it took quite a long time to get through. That's the only negative other than that, they were very obliging and courteous Vehicle was excellent 👌🏾

    I had a really good experience with Enterprise Car Hire. Harry, Jack and Will were all very polite, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and were great to deal with. Ivy was also there during my visit and although she didn’t personally serve me, she also seemed just as friendly and welcoming. Overall, excellent customer service from the whole team and I’d happily use Enterprise again.
