  Car is perfectly clean, inside and out. Staff are professional, accommodating and very friendly. Particularly Rosie who was very patient with our card issues, and pointed us to the nearest bank. Thank you Rosie!

  Car not available on pick up . Had to deliver another one from a different office. All my contact details they had on record were incorrect. On return they charged 250 pounds for minor cut in the tyre which they allege was caused while in my possession . Staff very unfriendly on return .

  1-Star Review Extremely disappointed with my experience at Enterprise Van Rental. I booked a long wheelbase van because it showed as available. When I arrived, the employee, Kash, told me they didn’t have one available and offered me a medium wheelbase electric van instead. I accepted, but I asked whether it was fully charged because I had a long journey and no access to an EV charger. He told me it was fully charged. When I checked the dashboard, it was only around half charged. I questioned this, explaining that I didn’t have a way to charge it, and his response was simply, “Charge it anywhere,” delivered with a rude and dismissive attitude. I then told him that this was unprofessional and that I hadn’t been given accurate information. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he said he was no longer giving me any van because of my attitude and walked away. I wasted over an hour travelling and waiting, only to leave with no van at all. I expect much better from a company with Enterprise’s reputation. If a booked vehicle isn’t available, staff should handle the situation professionally, provide honest information, and try to find a solution—not refuse service after giving misleading information. Very poor customer service and a completely unacceptable experience.

  Very friendly team always happy to help if needed. They kept me up to date and informed of any changes and return dates. I was even given a lift back home instead of me getting a taxi which I was very grateful for. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Booked a van online but wasn't available on the day?. No interest in sourcing another for me and I had to call head office 10 days later as they never refunded the money either. Head office stated that some branches were better managed than others, obviously the manager here is not that good it seems. Try small local companies....much more efficient
