  The staff in Swansea were amazing They were professional friendly and so helpful. This was especially welcomed as I had come down to Swansea to attend my mothers funeral I was taken through everything concerning the hire of the car. All the conditions and controls were explained clearly to me and there was not a hint of upselling. The whole experience from the team was brilliant and I could not recommend them enough Thank you top team for helping me through which was quite a sad occasion with such professionalism and respect

  BEWARE! ordered a compact elite manual but when I arrived to pick it up I was told they didn't have ANY contact elite manual cars in the whole fleet so I was lumbered with a Skoda 😭,this was first Saturday in march,,it's now June and they are still advertising compact elite manual cars currently at £190 for 3 days,take my advice and go to europcar it's a lot cheaper and you get what you pay for, wouldn't recommend this lot to anyone ,AVOID!

  Excellent customer service, very professional and friendly. Having never driven an automatic car before, I really appreciated being put at ease by the staff. Returning the car was just as smooth and pleasant experience as hiring the car.
