Not only was I treated unprofessionally, but I was also hit with an additional charge that was never properly explained. When I tried to question this and seek clarification, the situation only got worse. Instead of addressing my concerns, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. To make matters even more frustrating, the call ended abruptly when they hung up on me mid-conversation. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for customers. I would not recommend this business based on my experience. Transparency, communication, and basic customer service standards were clearly lacking.

- DFDavid FraherApr 4, 20265.0Excellent service from Vena and the team at Holyhead. I had an emergency last minute booking, having unexpectedly had to book a ferry from Dublin back home to Hampshire. Vena took all the stress out of the situation, agreeing to stay late to meet us off the ferry if delayed. The pick up process was quick and easy, and we got a call the next day to make sure we had arrived safely and had a good trip. We even got a recommendation for dinner on our journey home. The team at our drop off location were also super friendly and helpful. Thank you all, will definitely be using Enterprise again
