  Amazing friendly service off the 2 women that helped me in the Holyhead Enterprise. Will 100% be renting again when needed, very helpful and informative. And a reliable nice car for a week at good value.

  We dropped our car off here after getting a flat tire and replacing it. We were initially impressed with the service and told we would be refunded for the costs in 3-5 days. It has now been a month and there has been no refund and anytime I try to call to get answers I’m left waiting over 20 minutes with no answer. Extremely disappointed and would absolutely not recommend

  My wife and I spent the past year planning an expensive vacation to Ireland, part of which involved renting a car from Enterprise in Holyhead and driving to Liverpool to attend Beatle's Week and continuing to Stonehenge. My wife purchased our tickets and reserved a car nearly a year in advance. Through email we were told someone would be waiting at Holyhead to pick us up and take us to Enterprise, and if no one was there we should call the main number and someone would pick us up "within five minutes." After waiting 30 minutes, my wife called the main number and was immediately put on hold, where she remained on hold for another 30 minutes. At that point we began exploring other ways of getting to Enterprise. We spoke with security guards outside, one who said taxis "rarely" come to the port and the other said "never". We then tried getting an Uber, but no cars were available in our area. We then called the main number again rom my phone and when they tried to place us on hold we interrupted them and explained the situation. We had approximately a two hour window in which we needed to leave, which was now down to one hour. The people rom Enterpise said someone would be over within five minutes. Another thirty minutes later we called again and finally they sent someone over, not in a shuttle but in a rental car. When we arrived at Enterprise we were told... they didn't have the car we reserved. The only thing we asked for was an automatic, and all they had was a standard. After more push back and waiting, the manager said "oh yeah we do have a new automatic, I just forgot about it" and had someone go get the car, which then ad to be put into their system and inspected. As an apology, they gave us a gift bag containing approximately 10 pieces of candy from Trader Joe's. We missed our tour in Liverpool, so that was money wasted. If you think I'm making up the hold times, call their main number any time during business hours and see how long you are put on hold. I only said 30 minutes because that's when we would give up. As far as I can tell, they never answer their phone. The car we got (a Vauxhall hatchback) was fine and we did make it to Stonehenge and back, but my wife was devastated that we missed the Beatles things she had reserved as this was likely our only trip to Ireland and the UK. Enterprise ruined the trip of a lifetime for us. Our experience, like the weather, was gloomy. :(

  Beth was incredibly friendly and helpful, she gave us great advice to get ourselves out of a pinch. Her friendliness made a huge difference when we were having a tough travel day, give that girl a raise :)
