  Hello! Please answer the phone. Or reply to our email. We have called in 7 times (for a pick up today). The phone rings infinitely, with no answer. Yesterday you were lovely and helpful, but so far today … utter silence.

  I had a great experience renting from this Enterprise. The car itself was nearly new and a manual, which I wanted. It was a pleasure to drive around the country roads of north Wales. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. And they drove me to my ferry. This is a very well run location.

  Amazing service from all the staff that were available upon my pickup and return of my vehicle but a highlighted effort from Beth & the onsite manager (apologies but I forgot her name). I was slightly delayed initially and in a rush upon my return and they all made extra efforts to accommodate my situation and even dropped me to the ferry port afterwards. The car was perfect, clean and well looked after and I had zero issues the entire time. Huge thank you to Enterprise car rental - Hollyhead to your whole staffing team. Regards, Daniel.

  We booked and confirmed a pickup with Enterprise after taking the ferry from Ireland to the UK. They never showed. Crossing the Irish Sea was easier than dealing with this company. We called repeatedly as soon as we arrived. No one answered. A local pizza place would have given better customer service. When we finally reached the branch with a confirmed reservation, staff told us we were supposed to call them upon arrival to “confirm the pickup.” We had already confirmed it. That’s like ordering a pizza and then having to phone the restaurant to make sure they plan to cook it. What should have been a simple license check turned into a drawn-out underwriting interrogation that felt completely unnecessary. We lost nearly three hours, arrived at the hotel late, and missed the interactive experiences we had planned for the day. Do yourself a favor. If you’re trying to have a nice vacation, use somebody else. Cannot strongly enough recommend against this company or this branch.

  Absolutely ripped off and will never use again. 1st of all no car available after being told they did so had to be without a car for a day then charged £184 for 1 and a half days hire and that was after a £10 discount for the inconvenience of no car on our 1st day. Atrocious
