  I will never be using these again we already had a bad experience before as they tried to give us a automatic when we told them manual only but we gave them a 2nd chance and booked a standard suv ready to go on holiday we called to see if we could pick it up 10 minutes earlier and we was told that they had downgraded us to a smaller car they hadn't tried to contact us before this to let us know and we had to leave not long after picking the car up to get to our holiday destination when we got there we was not offered any compensation for them downgrading our car the car was to small for what we wanted it for I asked why we wasn't informed before and all they could say was they didnt know we ended up having to get a refund and went and did a last minute booking with maben

  Arrived 15 minutes prior to collection time as requested. Waited 20 minutes for someone to appear at the offices, no one there at all and no bell to ring for attention. Then told that the van I hired was not there and had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be returned and then washed before I could take it. Van was filthy and caked in dust throughout. Window was faulty as switch kept jamming and wouldn't stay closed. My booking clearly stated the rental price at £180 but was showing £181 on their system, no one could figure out how to change this. I was expected to pay the extra £1 which I refused out of principle, then I was underpaid £1 out of my deposit in the hope I wouldn't notice! A call to the office and the extra pound was refunded the next day. Overall I would use you again as cheap but it could have been a much more pleasant experience.

  Мені дуже сподобався ваш сервіс прокату авто. Окремо хочу відзначити чудову роботу персоналу, професійно, чітко, доступно та дуже чемно все пояснили, всі правила та умови. Також мені сподобалася вартість та опції які в мене були. Також хочу відзначити чудовий стан та вийняткову чистоту автомобіля. В мене було враження наче я перша особа яка орендує це авто. Неймовірний запах всередині авто створило враження, наче це авто хвилину тому виїхало з конвеєра. Якщо мені коли небуть знадобиться орендувати авто, я обовʼязково звернуся до вас. Дякую за чудовий сервіс і найвищу якість послуг, які я коли небуть отримував в прокаті авто
