The staff were friendly and efficient both when collecting and returning the van and the nearly new van was perfect for my needs.

The day before I checked in and received an email confirming all ready for collection 8am the following morning. 15 minutes before 8am on the day of collection Enterprise called me saying the Van had broken down collecting from another branch . I was told I had to wait until later in the day for a call !!! DREADFUL . I was committed to move house so had to call around other rental places Wickes Van Rental helped me for 60% cheaper with a brand new Van I requested a refund from Enterprise who told me it had to be authorised by an Area Manager .....Poor Service . I dont believe they ever had a van .. just took my money instead. Still had no confirmation my refund has been approved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ENTERPRISE !!!!!
