  I recently had such a wonderful experience while renting a vehicle for my latest journey. The quality of the car provided was truly impressive and made my travels very comfortable. I was also incredibly grateful for the friendly staff who assisted me throughout the entire process. Everything was handled with such professionalism that it made my trip stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable ride for their next adventure 🚗. Finding the right transportation really makes a world of difference .Livingston and Edinburgh(at the zoo) branch used .

  Something for potential customers to be aware of. Enterprise provide hire vehicles as part of insurance claims. Many insurers have like for like policies, so if their customer causes a collision you should get a like for like vehicle. I was supposed to get an equal spec to my own vehicle, I received a far inferior vehicle. Enterprise Livingston have ignored my complaint and also AXA insurance who have allegedly emailed them and requested that they provide the right spec hire vehicle to me. It would be good to know if this is a common false promise by AXA, or just purely an Enterprise Livingston issue. Or a bit of both to minimise cost to the insurer. Anyway, the provided car itself is nice. It’s just not as promised. Something to bear in mind if you face similar issues. Update and reply to below - I left my details two days and no one bothered to respond.

  Very friendly Staff, very helpful thanks for your support. Due online check in process saved time having to go through at the time of pick up and made the pick process quick and easy.

  I rented a van from this lot in Livingston. Now to be fair I didn't pay the £25 collision damage waiver but does that give them the right to rip me off. When the van was returned a valeter yes a valeter inspected the van and suddenly there was a scratch on the door runner. Without delay they got in touch to say i have to pay for the damage. What an opportunity to scam. They took 7 days to repair it , charged 7 days loss of use and added admin fees total cost ,£1400 really. Google says the worst scratch would amount to £450. Tried to complain to the Area Manager Sheldon Teren but he either doesn't want to know or is being kept out of it by his employees locally. So come on Sheldon justify your elite title. If someone gave me a paintbrush we could have sorted it . Maybe enterprise by name enterprising by nature an enterprising move to extort money from young people. Thiñk this needs more publicity and it's going to happen. Needless to say don't rent a scooter from these guys let alone a van. Will keep everyone updated on what happens next let's hope Sheldon responds or perhaps we try the CEO next perhaps Chrissy? My recommendation is stay well clearof enterprise. Plenty of good rental companies this is not one 👎👎
