  I wanted to leave a review because, although my rental did not go to plan, the customer service I received from Enterprise Livingston was excellent. Around 10 minutes after leaving with the van I had hired, several warning lights appeared on the dashboard. I contacted the branch and they agreed that the vehicle was not safe to continue driving, so I returned it. Unfortunately, they did not have another van of the same size available. At this point, the team went above and beyond to try and find a solution. They offered me a larger van as an alternative and contacted multiple branches to see if a suitable replacement could be sourced. They even explored the possibility of arranging a vehicle swap part way through my journey to help minimise the disruption. I initially agreed to take the larger van and genuinely tried to make it work, but once I saw it in person and spent some time with it, I felt it was simply too large for what I needed. I therefore returned it and requested a refund. While the situation itself was frustrating and ended up costing me most of the day, I cannot fault the staff for their efforts. Everyone I dealt with was professional, apologetic and genuinely trying to help. Samantha in particular was outstanding. She did everything she could to find a solution, kept me informed throughout, and was both professional and understanding from start to finish. When I eventually decided not to proceed, the team even offered to drive me home. Sometimes things go wrong, and in this case the vehicle issue was clearly unforeseen. What impressed me was the way the staff handled the situation. Samantha and the rest of the team did more than I would reasonably have expected, and for that I am very grateful. Thank you.

  Dylan Funston saved the day by turning a situation that would have deserved a very different review (1 star at best) into 5 star review. Livingston branch is very lucky to have skilled management that are ready to go extra mile for their customers experience. I will use enterprise again but only thanks to their manager.

  I hired a van from the Livingston branch on 30 November while moving house, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The team were friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, collection was straightforward, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Moving house can be stressful, but the team at Livingston made the vehicle hire part effortless. A real credit to Enterprise and an example of how customer service should be done. Thank you to everyone involved.

  verything was a very smooth and easy process from start to finish and staff were so friendly and helpful. Car was spot on would highly recommend enterprise if you need to hire a car and will definitely use again im the future if need to hire a car.
