  I recently visited Enterprise on 30th May and wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Arun and Matt. From the moment I arrived, Arun was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain every stage of the process clearly, making sure I understood everything before moving forward. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the experience smooth and stress-free. Later, Matt assisted me with two issues I was having with the vehicle—the speed limiter being set to 40 mph and a gap in the driver's seat. He quickly identified the problems, explained everything clearly, and ensured both issues were resolved professionally. Both Arun and Matt are a credit to Enterprise. Their customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and they genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. Enterprise is fortunate to have team members of this calibre representing the company. Their dedication and positive attitude turned what could have been a routine visit into an excellent customer experience. Thank you, Arun and Matt, for doing such a fantastic job. Highly recommended!

  Staff were very helpful and friendly. They went and fetched a car that was local but hadn't been returned which I felt was excellent service.

  Staff are so helpful. My car was stolen and my insurance arranged for me to get a hire car, now I know they are there I will definitely be using Enterprise the next time I need to hire a car. Thank you for making a such a traumatic time so easy and worry free
