  It was my first time hiring a car from enterprise. The Walsallwood team has made it easy and simple. All members of staff, the one who handed over the key in particular, are amazing - very friendly and supportive. The service was great from beginning to end. I will defo recommend them to anyone who needs a rental car, and I may use their service again when needed. Cheers

  I needed a suitable car for the August bank holiday weekend and they provided a clean White Citreon Aircross. Just right for my needs, 5 passengers and 3 baggage space. This was my fourth rental from Enterprise. The pickup was delayed due to a late return but the team at the Walsall Wood branch made up for it with a good professional and efficient service. Leading the way was the Area Manager Rob who serviced me while colleagues were busy with other clients. Rob went the extra mile to compensate me for the loss of time. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and in particular this branch. Enterprise is my first go to for a rental vehicle.

  I picked the car up on Monday at the Walsall wood branch , i was dealt with by Maria , she had excellent communication skills ,helpful, showed patience and answered all my questions in a friendly pleasant manner and a joy to deal with . Please pass on my compliment ! Many thanks Mr Singh

  I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Melissa was incredibly friendly and welcoming when I checked in. Although she was new to the role, she handled everything confidently and professionally, making the whole process quick and straightforward. When I returned the vehicle, Matt was equally friendly and helpful. The return process was incredibly efficient, and I was on my way within minutes. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service. Both Melissa and Matt were a credit to the branch, and their friendly, professional approach made the whole experience a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this branch.
