  Vehicle tyres not checked before letting out on hire. I had only driven a few hundred yards when I received the dashboard warning that all 4 tyres were under inflated. Luckily there was a Sainsbury’s garage at hand and on using the air it showed all tyres at around 25 psi. The road speed indicator on the dashboard also rarely showed the correct speed and pinged all the way along 60 and 70 mph roads as it showed the speed limit to be 40, if I’d been guided by that I would have been stopped by the police

  During the return of the car, it has been told that the fuel level is not the same as given so I need to pay, however luckily i have taken the picture of fuel level during the receipt of car hire and hence after showing that customer service agreed that I am right. This has shown a poor management from enterprise customer service. If i did not have that evidence then I would be ended up in arguments and paying money which i did not owe. This need to be looked at urgently. Secondly, i booked a standrad auto similar to Passat but a SUV was handed over which i did not book and look for a standard car with good boot size. This need to be looked at what adevertise should be available. Being a regular customer, i always come across with this issue at this Enterprise branch. Thanks

  Had a really great experience with Enterprise Walsall. John picked us up and was extremely helpful from the moment he arrived. He answered all of my questions and went out of his way to make everything easy for us. I’m from London, so I didn’t know the Walsall area very well, but John was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout. His customer service was excellent and he was genuinely friendly and professional. Ali was the person who sorted us out with the car, and he was just as helpful. He was friendly, professional and made the whole process straightforward. Both John and Ali provided excellent service and are a real credit to Enterprise. Would definitely recommend this branch and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  BE ADVISED. Hired the car, which had aircon, but the aircon didn't work, especiallyas it was summer. , complained but nothing was done. Very poor service, I won't be hiring from them again
