  Took out a vehicle at this branch. The customer service was brilliant with great hospitality from Ritu. She made the process feel simple and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle and service was 10/10. Will definitely be using these guys again.

  I had an excellent experience renting with Enterprise from start to finish. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and completely hassle free. The car was spotless, well maintained, and exactly what I needed. A special thank you to John and Haider, who both went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made sure everything was explained clearly. Their helpful attitude and attention to detail really made a difference and the outcome of that was a genuinely positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Enterprise Walsall to anyone looking for a reliable and professional car rental service. Thanks again to John and Haider for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be using Enterprise again in the future!

  Not a good experience and I won’t be using enterprise again, first car had issues engine knocking and the gear stick moving whilst the car was driving took it back they replaced it almost immediately (hence the 2 stars) second car had similar issues.. took it back with a promise of at least a courtesy call but nothing.. this particular branch are terrible, customer service is none existent, I felt like I wasn’t be provided a good quality SAFE road worthy vehicle.. then the amount of attitude.. I brought the faults to the attention of the manager who openly told me that this is how these two completely different brands of car drive the same with the movement in the gearstick 👀 they also told me they don’t check the vehicles only a visual inspection, so realistically no one actually checks the safety aspect of these cars before they are leased which is concerning seen as a lot of families use these vehicles.. overall I was not impressed… cars are abused and the staff don’t care Aslong as it’s not scratched and comes back with the same or more fuel they don’t care :/…
