  Excellent service! Highly recommend. I ordered a car online late Friday evening and we picked up Saturday at 8am. Great customer service from everyone who works there and the car was amazing!

  I took full accountability for a scrape but being called a “moron” by the lady with the iPad was completely unnecessary and horrible. They took £300 from me for a very small scrape and told me they would refund anything left over if the repair cost less. I was advised to contact the Damage Recovery Unit, but I was given the wrong email address THREE separate times. When I asked for a phone number, I was told they “don’t have one.” I then rang a different Enterprise branch and they gave me the number for the Damage Recovery Unit immediately. So clearly the information was available all along. I understand I made a mistake with the scrape, but being spoken to disrespectfully and then denied the correct contact information was honestly disgusting customer service. I’ve got most of that money back now so it was unnecessary to take amount anyway. They wanted £500 at first! I would avoid this branch and go else where

  Great service, good initial prices but they don't half jump if you add on the extra insurance excess covers, when they tell you how many £000s the excess would be for tyre damage or an accident. Still better value and service than others I've used though, and I would use them again. Vehicles are clean, tidy, and fairly new. My biggest frustration is that they don't do full to full with the fuel, so it's a total estimation when you're only trying to top up the fuel level a little so you're not penalised on the return.
