  Fourth time using Enterprise, ( twice at Wakefield & twice Dewsbury). As always this most recent hire was easy. Straight forward booking via the app. Collection trouble free. Vehicle no issues. Return quick and simple. Why use anyone else.

  Won't advise you to get a car of these never got the car you want charge you £1,000 if you get a puncture totally rubbish

  Excellent service and a great car - highly recommended! I rented a car from Enterprise as a replacement for my minivan and I was very impressed. They gave me the biggest car they had available and it was in excellent condition - well-maintained, very clean and tidy. Even though it had a small engine, it had enough power when needed and drove really well. Being a petrol and automatic made it very comfortable and cheaper to run. I really enjoyed driving it. The customer service was fantastic. When I called Enterprise for information, the staff were very helpful and friendly. After the rental, they collected the car directly from my house - I just had to fill the tank to full beforehand, which was very convenient. Nothing to complain about. Super service, super car. I would definitely use them again!

  Terrible Service & Hidden Charges – Enterprise Rent-A-Car Wakefield ​I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Enterprise Wakefield branch (Dewsbury Road). ​I pre-booked a van online for an estimated total of £79.96 (Proof attached in the 1st photo). When I picked up the van in the morning, the staff charged £234.99 to my card, explaining that it was a security deposit. Since it was presented as a hold/deposit, I expected the remaining balance to be fully refunded. ​However, as you can see in the final invoice (2nd photo), they ended up billing me £114.95. They added extra unrequested charges, including an unexplained excess fee and roadside assistance, which were never disclosed, explained, or consented to during pickup. ​To make things worse, they misreported the vehicle return time. I returned the van on the exact same day at 5:30 PM, but their official invoice falsely states it was returned the following morning at 8:00 AM. ​This branch lacks basic transparency, misleads customers, and adds unauthorized extra charges. Please check all photos attached as proof. I strongly advise everyone to double-check their final bills when dealing with this location!
