  Wynajmowaliśmy dwa samochody korzystając z usług Enterprise w Castleford. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni, Miła i kompetentna obsługa, samochody nowe i w bardzo dobrym stanie technicznym, świetny kontakt. A przy tym wynajem był sporo tańszy niż na lotnisku. Zdecydowanie polecam.

  The whole experience was amazing, staff were great, professional and friendly, especially Harry. I will be recommending Enterprise to others.

  Enterprise use a dynamic pricing model, in April we hired a large van for £125.95 for 3 days. For 4 days this week they're charging over £400+. Morally wrong. Do some research before hiring from Enterprise.

  The companies in-house communication is diabolical. They failed to authorise an end of hire contract resulting in absurd charges to myself. The hire car was left as agreed at a partnership site yet they expect me to cover the cost for the duration it was there because they failed to collect it. There also seems to be poor communication between them and the partner site which has nothing to do with me. Enterprise have unexpectedly charged my card over £1000 and have left me abroad with 2 children and limited funds to return to the airport. There is no remorse, no resolution, no accountability and I’m having to ring around the houses to try and sort this whilst I’m supposed to be on holiday. It’s disgusting!

  Terrible experience Enterprise let us down just before 5pm the night before a house move. This van had been reserved 2 weeks before. Had to take a smaller van and thus more trips to and from the old and new property. Told they wouldn’t charge fuel as it was a local move which worked out roughly the difference in the price between the 2 sizes of vans. 4 days later £17:40 taken out of my bank account ( for 18 miles driven )and when queried said it was for the fuel. Queried this twice over several weeks and promised a refund by the branch told us they had spoken with the manager who had agreed this. This refund never materialised. Feel like we’ve be conned smaller van same price as large van then charged £17.40 for fuel that was supposed to be free. Won’t use again going to Salford Van Hire next time.
