  Massive thank you to the team at Castleford Enterprise, came in fairly last minute for a van hire for moving house, and despite some initial worries we may not have something available, the team quickly sought to do whatever they were able to do to ensure I could drive off the same day, and in terms of customer service, they definitely went what I’d consider above and beyond to accommodate. I do especially want to express my gratitude to one of the team, I believe Will or Tom was his name, within minutes he proved he was knowledgeable about the vans, and what I wanted to do with it, and provided sound advice and guidance, and made the process as smooth as possible. To say I came in midway through the day, needing something like a Luton Van, the same day, I was in and out within I’d say 15 minutes, and still managed to get what I needed with a great understanding of what I needed to do, if that’s not efficient customer service, and a more than exemplary service I don’t know what is. This branch is certainly a credit to the company and I hope this team gets the brilliant credit and recognition they deserve.

  I found my experience of hiring a car from Enterprise to be simple and straightforward. The staff were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. The car was well maintained and clean. I would happily use Enterprise again
