  A very helpful service from the team and dealt with swiftly on both collection and return with no issues. An up to date vehicle which was in excellent condition.

  Staff are very friendly and very helpful. I’m impressed as this isn’t usually the level of service I receive from other enterprise branches. The vehicle I hired was clean and in excellent condition.

  Jordan at Enterprise Trowbridge managed my rental. What a lovely, personable, professional person. Exactly the person I would want to be front and centre of my business (if I had one!). I’ll go back to Enterprise not because the Van I rented was quality, but because the customer service was! Thanks Jordan.

  Car ordered 7 days in advance though my work, for delivery at 10am needed for a business meeting, car eventually turned up at 2.30pm, so had to miss the meeting. No proactive phone call or contact from the branch, they had to be chased and also said they would call with an update and never did. Also ordered an automatic and they delivered a manual. Just a very poor experience and poor customer service.
