  Highly recommend this garage. I’ve had a few annoying issues with my car lately and the team have always been so helpful and keen to get my car fixed as quickly as possible. I will say aswell that as a woman I’ve always been made to feel very welcome and valued as a customer and never once felt uncomfortable in a “mens space”, which you don’t always get at car garages. I won’t go anywhere else now as I know I’ll be looked after and my car will be in safe hands!

  Awful, took my car in for an aircon recharge that should have taken less than an hour according to their website but after one and half hours they didn’t get halfway, had to leave due to a family emergency. Would nerves use or recommend these people. Absolute scam.

  MOT failed on tyres and a tiny crack on the windscreen which I have had for 4 years and has never come up on any other MOT place. Handed me the failed certificate and said I need to go fix these and come back if I want a retest. Didn’t offer any advice or services. Didn’t even offer to book another MOT and can’t get through to them on the phone as they don’t ever answer it!! Avoid!

  Been going to this garage since 2019 and prior to this year was happy with them but the service surrounding trying to book in an MOT this year has been absolutely dire. Initially booked in the MOT and also a Tyre Sensor Check two days before as I knew one of them needed replacing. Arrived and was told to come back another time to get the Sensors checked as they were busy, (despite it being booked in) and that my MOT might be cancelled anyway as one of there emissions testers was down. Given the MOT was looking like it might be cancelled I asked for him again to check the tyres to which he begrudgingly spent the 30 seconds testing them. Two days later I arrive to put the car in for the MOT due at 2:30. Received a call at 4:00 saying they had refused the MOT as they couldn't access the seatbelts in the back seat as there was a box in the way. Waiting an hour and a half to tell me they had refused the MOT leaves me in the lurch, I went down to pick up the car and the same guy just handed me the keys, didn't apologise, explain, or look to book me in for another MOT. I understand it being refused (though it was an easily solvable issue), but waiting an hour and a half to tell me and not provide me with any additional service is rubbish Awful service. Shame as they had been reliable for years
