Had my tyres fitted here recently and overall the experience was fairly good. The job was completed and the tyres were fitted as expected. The whole process was okay, although I feel there could have been a bit more attention to detail and better communication throughout. The pricing was reasonable, but the customer service could definitely be improved.
. They got the job done, which is the main thing, but there's room for improvement. Would possibly use them again if needed, although I'd probably consider other options first.

Absolute lifesavers! Fair pricing and incredible service
I noticed while on holiday at Center Parcs that my tyre was nearly bald and in desperate need of a change—especially since I had a long drive back to Birmingham to worry about.
I turned up at the garage without an appointment and was welcomed straight away by a very friendly staff member. I explained I was on holiday, stressed about the tyre, and had a long journey ahead. Without hesitation, they told me to drive straight into a bay and they would sort it out.
Another really nice member of staff came over to help, and they completely looked after me. They even kept the price fair because I was a holidaymaker, got the whole job done in under 20 minutes, and checked everything over before I left to make sure I was safe to drive.
I couldn't ask for better service or a better job. They didn't overcharge me and completely took away the holiday stress. I would highly recommend this place to anyone—if I'm ever back in Warminster and need something done, this is definitely where I would go!

Went for MOT my car was perfect condition no noises or knocking…. 400£ later new tyre and a scratched alloy..picked up the car loud knocking on the right was told it was the link they just replaced so went back and they replaced it again… picked it up still knocking. Took it back to them was then told it was something they had broken when lifting the car up so I paid for the new part as they wanted a new shock absorber was tolls this was why it had started knocking… left it with them 1 whole day picked it up … STILL KNOCKING. So 400£ plus 120£ for new shock and still knowckinh which was never knocking before I took it to them in the first place! So they didn’t even test drive it after changing this shock ?! How is it still a problem they caused and they made me spend more money and still not fixed???? Terrible ….
