  Van was hired out with low oil warning and tyre pressure monitor requiring reset. This is quite a stressful situation for someone hiring a van for just 48hrs. Just shows as yellow spanner (I assumed service due or something) and then you scroll through to get detail of issue.

  Rented a car on 25 September and returned it on 26 September. I was due to return it at 10am, but I’d left the keys to my own van at home. Jordan and Jack gave me about an extra hour and a half at no charge so I could go back, collect the keys and return the car. No pressure and no extra fee. Tom was also very helpful when I collected the car — clear explanation of the vehicle and the process. Straightforward, professional service.

  Hired a medium van and paid that fee for it or should I say I was charged for a medium sized van but was told in the day they didn’t have one, so gave me a small one and lied to me when I asked if there was a price difference due to downsizing the van. I was told by the employee who’s about 18 no it’s actually more but we’re charging you the same amount. I look online to find out it indeed cheaper. That’s misrepresentation and that’s a consumer violation. I will be taking that further. Won’t be using them ever again!

  Very disappointing and unfair experience with Enterprise. I returned the rental car last Saturday morning and made sure to put fuel in the vehicle before handing it back. The fuel level was less than one bar below full, yet I was subsequently charged £77 for fuel without being informed beforehand. What is particularly concerning is that I received no invoice, no breakdown, and no proper explanation for how this £77 charge was calculated. The money was simply taken without giving me a clear opportunity to understand or dispute the charge. I find this completely unacceptable. If there was a legitimate fuel charge, I expect a proper invoice showing the fuel level recorded at return, the amount of fuel charged, the price per litre, and any applicable service or administration fees. I would strongly recommend that Enterprise review this charge and provide a full explanation. Customers should not be charged £77 without transparency or supporting documentation. Very poor experience and extremely disappointing customer service

  We hired a 9 seater minibus from enterprise Trowbridge recently to take some elderly folk to the seaside. The whole hire process from start to finish was a breeze. Early reservation gave us an online discount and all done via the app. Communication with the Trowbridge office was brilliant which was much appreciated by us. Lovely minibus to drive due to it being nearly new and an automatic and we appreciated the amount of space inside which allowed our old folk with mobility issues easy access and egress. We'll definitely use Trowbridge enterprise again in the future.
