    Very poor experience- booked a van but on collecting offered a car which I accepted. On return told I had curbed the tyre which I had not. Was then billed £176 for a tyre tear 8 weeks later none of which I had done. Avoid at all costs !

    The staff are complete wet wipes cancelled my order without my knowledge and when I showed up they had already rented it to someone eles leaving me stuck i asked for a refund and they said it will take 3 to 10 working days to process
