  Fantastic company, providing a pleasant rental experience from beginning to end. Great, easy-to-use website for making a short notice booking, with very good rates. At vehicle pickup, the staff were very efficient and friendly, providing clear explanations of the detail of the rental agreement. The process was flawless, and quick, with minimal fuss. Vehicle return was equally quick and efficient. A check of the paintwork, windscreen, fuel and mileage, followed by a refund of my deposit, and I was on my way. Very happy customer, and would definitely recommend.

  Cancelled a day before we moved house and didn’t offer any alternative. Incredibly stressful time and terrible customer service. Avoid.

  All the staff were extremely helpful, easy to speak to. Even when being stuck in horrendous traffic meaning I missed my drop off time the staff were very understanding and accommodating, and offered a free small extension to help. Will definitely choose enterprise again
