Riley & Ruby at Enterprise Chippenham What a fabulous team. From pickup to drop off my experience couldn't have been better. Service, timing, support and flexibility was key to the smooth running of a very important trip to drop my own vehicle in to a local company to carry out vital rust proofing work, whilst I returned home in the North then returned back after its completion I highly recommend Enterprise Chippenham. Everything was perfection

Truly excellent service provided by both members of staff, collection and return respectively. Car absolutely suited my needs and was spotlessly clean inside and out. Would recommend Enterprise unreservedly.

Let down. TWICE! The staff don’t care! Unfriendly, unhelpful and useless. I booked a van from Chippenham branch only to be told on the morning of the booking that there wasn’t a van available. The staff member made out that it was my fault for booking it on a weekend! I asked what they could do to find me a van as I had taken the day off work to drive to Devon that day and the staff member said, ‘well, I can email a few other branches and see’ he seemed completely uninterested in helping. I said okay but please let me know as soon as possible! I heard nothing for about an hour so I called back only to be told ‘no one has got back to him so he will call another branch’. I again heard nothing so I called again at 11.30 just to be told ‘nothing available’. The staff didn’t care at all! It then took two weeks to get my refund! I had to book another van the next day with a different company costing me a day’s wages. I will never use Enterprise and would never recommend them.
