  There is NO option to give zero stars, if the was that is what I would give. Two vehicles in a row I have been given unsafe vehicles (large vans) to drive. First one with engine light on and did not start when wanted to and delayed work and lose of earnings. And the second was missing most of the drivers side wind mirrors makeing it that I could not see the whole area. This is very concerning as if this was to cause an accident you would liable for everything when they are sending out faulty vehicles. I also had the issue of booking a certain size vehicle and reserving it and then being told the afternoon before I needed the van for work that they had over booked. I ended up having to travel to a different area to get the size vehicle that I needed.

  Chippenham Wilts branch, friendly really caring about the customer service from start to finish. From first phone call to call backs they were so helpful and really cared to put us in the right car for our needs, Ben collected us, lovely young man, friendly, caring, polite. In branch he and think his colleague who may of been the Manager were so good, got us sorted quickly and vehicle was perfect, clean smelt clean, and a pleasure to drive. Would recommend this branch highly and would be our first choice for rental anytime. Excellent through out !

  Very supportive staff. Clear process to hire car if you have all required documents. Location is bit difficult to reach by public transport.

  Quick and stress free experience. Broken down and AA mexhanic with me at 16:60 and in a hire car driving home at 17:50. The whole experience was quick, simple and stress free. Highly recommend.
